Full Description: In this foundational course, each practice presents an alignment-based sequence that illustrates how healthy, pain-free movement creates building blocks for yoga postures (asana). This course is therapeutic in nature and offers options to meet the needs of students. You'll gain knowledge of your own body and understand how to move in healthier ways. Stability, mobility, balance, breath and ease are key components throughout this practice. Come prepared to explore! Bring a yoga mat.
